staff but in technology and equipment that directly
benefits the client. To this end all our engineers carry
smart phones or Tablets which allow rapid communications
and total accountability. By reducing costs that most
clients would rather not have we can focus directly on
fixing problems that clients face and not have to charge
for unnecessary overheads.
In the current economic
climate and indeed in any economic situation cost and
service are paramount and at C&L we recognise that. We
only recruit experienced professional staff who are
motivated and committed to excellence in their field.
This ensures we can always provide
a professional service around the clock.
We are fully health and safety compliant and our health
and safety offices constantly checks all contracts for
compliance as well for updates in regulations in order
that we can apply them to our contracts.C & L Maintenance
also has a very strict policy of
finishing works to client satisfaction as well as our
own. When we start a project we undertake to complete it
and stay on site until it has been finished. At no stage
do we leave a project with no staff on site during our
working hours unless it has been agreed with the client
and recorded.
